A little about me….

Hello, I am Claudia Davis, Founder and Principal Designer of House and Harmony. I was trained at the school of Art and Design of San Diego State University. A native of San Diego, and longtime resident of the beautiful coastal community of Carlsbad, and the daughter of a furniture fabricator. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been surrounded by fabrics, furnishings, color, and latest trends in the residential and commercial world. To me interior design has been a natural affinity! I am passionate about design, and I truly believe spaces can be beautiful and stylish, yet still serve their functionality.

I created House and Harmony with the sole intent to deliver interior design services that are functional and stylish, practical and luxurious, but without the stuffiness. I have a practical and transparent approach. My desire is to make our design service as meaningfully and affordable to all budget levels.
My design approach is collaborative. My client-designer collaboration allows me to incorporate the client’s life-style needs and personal taste into the design. Achieving beautiful well-thought-out spaces that are a reflection of the people that live in the spaces we touch.
