E-Design - House Harmony

Our design studio services all of San Diego County, and surrounding areas. If you are outside of our area, we can still work with you.

We offer eDesign services for a simple and affordable alternative to full-service. eDesign is perfect for clients who like DIY projects, and need design direction or guidance, and also don’t mind implementing the project on their own, at their own pace.

We will give you everything you need to know to create a stunning spacet, including a furniture plan, color palette, a shopping list with direct clickable links, and thorough instructions for turning your vision into a reality.

What is Design?

e-Design is a simple online design option offered to give clients the opportunity to create a custom room without retaining House and Harmony for full service Interior Design. All communication is done via email instead of face-to-face. We provide a step by step plan to create designed space that meets your individual style and budget.

How does it work?

Email us about your space and share details on what you are looking to do and/or change. We will email you back and send you a design questionnaire to learn more about your needs / wants.

What you get?

A layout with all furnishings, lighting and arrangement of items. A concept board showing furniture and accessories in the design. A spreadsheet file with product links in order to track budget and easily purchase the specified retail items for your design.

**For an additional fee of $100/hr, House and Harmony can place orders for an approved design and share a designer discount of 10% off products.

What's included:

You will receive files including a concept board, floor plan, furniture placement, furniture selection and accessories, shopping list, and instructions to implement your design. One revision is permitted within 15 days of receiving your design files. Please allow 1 week for delivery.

Deluxe Package

What's included:

You will receive files including one concept board, floor plan with furniture placement, furniture selection and accessories, elevations for instructions regarding art and wall decor, and window treatments, up to 2 perspective renderings of the space, product source list and purchasing information, and design notes with instructions to implement your design. One revision is permitted within 15 days of receiving your design files. A post delivery conference call to answer any questions. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
